As a lacto- vegan, buying desserts was never an option. Much like the Everdeen sisters, I would walk past the bakery window, unable to buy the pieces of artwork displayed there. And so began my quest to bring that artwork to the communities of lacto-vegans out there. My passion for cake decorating began with a few simple classes at Michaels.
