Materials:
- Betty Crocker® Milk Chocolate cake mix
- 12oz Milk
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- Wilton® Candy Melts (light chocolate, white, orange, green, and two other colors of your choice)
- Pillsbury Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting
- wax paper
- 4-5 plastic baggies
- a handful of lollipop sticks
- Oven-safe baking pan (or oven-safe glass pan)
- microwavable bowls
- Mason Jar (optional)
- Jelly Beans (optional)
- Styrofoam (optional)
Procedure:
Step 1: Pour the cake mix, milk and oil into a mixer and using the paddle attachement, mix for 5-7 min at a medium-high speed. Let it set for 5 min and mix again for 2 min.
Step 2: Pour the batter into an oven-safe pan and bake at 350 ̊ F for approx. 30 min.
Step 3: Once the cake has cooled, break the cake into fourths and gently crumble the cake in a separate bowl by rubbing two fourths against each other.
Step 4: Add 2 tbsp of Pillsbury Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting to the bowl and gently stir together until it forms a large clump. (You may need to use your hands for this).

Step 6: Use the instructions on the back of the candy melts bag to melt a handful of white candy melts in a microwaveable bowl. (Note: It's better to melt a little bit at a time so that the candy doesn't harden to your bowl.) Then dip a lollipop stick about 1/2 in into the melted chocolate and gently push it halfway into your molded cake from step 5.
Step 7: While that cools, spoon some chocolate into a baggie and cutout 1/8 inch from the corner. Layout your wax paper and create several set of bunny ears. Make sure to create an extra pointy on the bottom so that you can stick them into the cake pop.
Step 8: Once the chocolate has hardened (about 5 min.), swirl the bunny pop around in the melted chocolate until it is completely covered. You can either stick them into a block of Styrofoam to harden, or in a jar full of jellybeans. Then gently press the ears into the top of the head. At this point, you can melt any of the other colors you have and placing them in baggies similar to the one used in step 7, pipe little eyes, noses, and mouths onto your bunnies.
Step 9: Now repeat step 6 for the egg-shaped pops. (You may have to reheat your candy melts if it has hardened in your bowl). Swirl them around in the chocolate and set them aside to harden. Then, using the colored bags from step 8, decorate the eggs however you want to. (You can use other colors too .. I chose to use blue and purple for mine)
Step 10: Melt some orange candy melts in your microwave safe bowl and repeat step 6 for your carrot pops. Then swirl them in the orange chocolate and set them aside to harden.
Step 11: Melt some green candy melts in the microwave and spoon some into a baggie with 1/8 inch cutout of a corner and pipe small grass bunches onto a separate sheet of wax paper. Remember to leave a point at the end like the ears.
Step 12: Once they have hardened, gently stick the grass in front of the lollipop stick.
Step 13: Pour a bunch of jellybeans into a mason jar and stick the cake pops into the jar for all of your guests (or for you) to enjoy!
